Here is some information I mentioned at the review session yesterday.
The exam is closed book--you may not bring any written or printed materials to the exam.
Also, be sure to read the exam instructions carefully. Thery include a list of legal doctrines and rules that you should assume are in force (i.e.,default rules) unless a question otherwise indicates.
